A: Coding of the Mind™ provides tools and techniques for the individuals to use for their everyday well-being. It is NOT to be replaced by therapies that are intended for mental health treatment. Please see our Disclaimer for more information.

Q: Do I need to know anything about (computer) coding skills?
A: No. Coding of the Mind™ requires courage and determination to navigate through the inner thoughts, emotions and actions. It does not utilize any techniques requiring computer or software related skills.

While we can’t guarantee a specific outcome like happiness (as it’s a deeply personal and evolving experience), what we can promise is our full commitment to supporting you on your journey. A: The number of sessions really depends on you—your goals, your starting point, and the pace at which you feel comfortable progressing.
